Empowering Men To Create The Life That Addiction Had Held Hostage

Have You Ever Thought About How Vitally Important It Is To Take A Personal Inventory?

In stark contrast to the majority of recovery messages, I created the CORE Strengths Challenge as an assessment tool to not focus on
WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU.
The CORE Strength Chalenge Assessment's focus is on
What Is Right With You,
your strengths, your values, the uniqueness in your personality that can empower your greateness.
You, my brother, can stay victim to The Great Lie, that you have a disease that is holding you hostage... or you can break the chains and be and become the best and most powerful version of yourself.
The Power Number System was created for people who want to live with passion & discover more purpose on the positive side of addiction.

Good For Me... So WHAT, Right?

From The Desk Of Mark Mascolo:
I'm not going to bore you with a long story about me. My story is just like yours. I let my addiction get HUGE, like life-threatening HUGE.
In 1999 I went to treatment to save my business and my marriage and ended up losing them both.
I was doing what 'They' told me to do. I was going to meetings, I had a sponsor, I worked the steps, I was in the game, right?
I hung out with all the guys who could repeat all the sayings you hear at meetings...... I was clean and sober.....
AND ABSOLUTLEY MISERABLE!!
Now listen, I'm not throwing rocks at meetings or the people at the meetings... I am convinced that they saved my life.
BUT I WANTED MORE OUT OF MY RECOVERY THAN THE BASIC WHITE-KNUCKLING ABSTINENCE IT SEEMED MOST OF THEM HAD!

It's like they had taken their life from -8 to -2.
-2 seemed to be the standard of acceptance.
It was better.... but -2 was not what I was willing to settle for..

So What Happened?

I wanted more so i set out on a QUEST to find it!
I really didn't know what I wanted,
I just knew that I wasn't interested in wasting anymore time sitting around with groups of people talking about what was wrong with all of us..
They told me at the meetings to:
"Take What I could Use & Leave The Rest."
So I DID JUST THAT.

They Told Me.....

"The 'PROBLEM' was always me".... I knew it wasn't.
"Not to have any expectations".... the people arounded me expected me to stay clean and sober.... and I had best expect that out of myself! I couldn't let them down,,,, but most importantly, I couldn't let myself down.
"I had to do it THEIR WAY, or I was going to fail"..... no I wasn't.

I Am Willing To Say The ONE THING People In Recovery Want To Say But Won't!
"IT'S NOT IN MY NATURE TO BE POWERLESS... AND I CAN PROMISE,
IT'S NOT IN YOUR EITHER!!"
